Seepage Loss and Wellbore Instability Solutions
Our proprietary cellulosic fiber based additive InvaShield converts most Water based, Synthetic based and Oil based Drilling Fluid Systems into Ultra Low Invasion muds. InvaShield arrests Fracture Propagation in Drilled Formations. It has been shown to be immensely effective in combatting Seepage Losses and resultant Mechanical Wellbore Instability.
Loss Control Solutions
Our proprietary Single Sack pill Loss Control Materials LossShield NR and LossShield PZ have been shown to be effective when tested across 3 x 1000µ, 3 x 3000µ and 3 x 5000µ slot discs, 30 min duration, with 500psi differential pressure. LossShield PZ is Highly Acid Soluble and has undergone the same rigorous testing, in addition to being >95% soluble in 15% HCL at temperatures < 50°C. This makes it particularly suitable to Pay Zone applications.
Mixed Metal System
MetalPlex is our proprietary Single Sack, High Performance Mixed Metal Complex (MMH-MMO) additive for Water Based Drilling Systems. It is a Highly Economical system in Hard Rock as well as Unconsolidated Formations. The additive has been specially engineered to be Tolerant of Anionic Additives and Contaminants.
