What We Do.

Provide Material and Application Engineering Solutions for Mitigation of Drilling Challenges, Including Fluid Loss, and Mechanical Wellbore Instability.

Mission.

Develop, Manufacture, and Provide Innovative Materials and Solutions to address Complications faced in Challenging Hydrocarbon Well Drilling and Completions Operations.

Vision.

To become a Trusted Partner in providing Best in Class Performance and Solutions through Integrity, Ethics, Quality and Commitment towards our Clients and the Environment.

An Estimated 25-30% Of Total NPT Is Attributed To Loss Circulation And Stuck Pipe Incidents In Oilwell Drilling Operations!

The predominant formation encountered in Drilling of Oil and Gas Wells being Shales, Complications and Challenges faced in traversing these formations have the Maximum Impact on Time and Cost Escalations. InvaSeal Solutions primary efforts have been directed towards addressing the Challenges Encountered while Drilling Shales.

Core Competency

The InvaSeal team is a Multidisciplinary combination of Professionals from the Service Utilisers, Services Providers and Manufacturing spheres of the Oil and Gas upstream industry. The team has upwards of 100 plus man years of experience in Research, Manufacturing, Project Management and Solutions applications.

Areas of Expertise.

Seepage Losses.

Material and Engineering Solutions to effectively combat/restrict Seepage Losses of 25-40bbls/hr. Effective till ~ 225µ Fracture Width/ Pore Throats.

Mixed Metal Complex.

The Thixotropic Rheological properties of Mixed Metal Oxide/Hydroxide Systems have long been considered a Solution to Highly Challenging Drilling Environments. Our Mixed Metal Complex has High Shear Thinning, Temperature Stability upto 165°C, Low Plastic Viscosity and High Static Gel Strengths. The low Calcium content improves Gelation values to increase compatibility with Carbonate Formations and restricts Progressive Gelation.
